Thank you for choosing Martical.com. We strive to provide reliable hosting and related services. This Refund Policy describes when you may request a refund and how refunds are processed.


Eligible Products and Refund Window

Shared Hosting: Eligible for a refund if requested within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase or first activation, whichever is earlier.

Cloud Hosting: Eligible for a refund if requested within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase or first activation, whichever is earlier.


Non-Refundable Products and Services

The following products and services are non-refundable once purchased/activated:

Reseller Hosting

Email Hosting

Cloud VPS

Storage VPS

VDS (Virtual Dedicated Server)

Dedicated Servers

Domain Names (including registrations, renewals, transfers, redemptions, and any associated fees)

Website Security services (including SSL certificates, malware protection, WAF, backups, monitoring, and related add-ons)

Any add-ons, license fees, configuration/setup fees, and one-time professional services

Any usage-based, overage, or bandwidth charges


Refund Conditions and Exclusions

First purchase only: Refunds for Shared Hosting and Cloud Hosting apply to your first purchase of that specific product type per account. Renewals, plan changes, and subsequent orders are not eligible.

Pro-rated or partial months: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months outside the 7-day window.

Abuse or policy violations: Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or anti-abuse violations are not eligible for refunds.

Free domains or bundled promotions: If your plan included a free or discounted domain or bundled add-on, the retail cost of that item will be deducted from any refund. Domain fees remain non-refundable and the domain will remain registered to you until expiration.

Migration, setup, or license costs: Non-recurring setup, migration, IP, software license, or third‑party costs are non-refundable.

Payment disputes/chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute voids eligibility for a refund and may result in service suspension and fees.

Currency and taxes: Refunds are processed in the original payment currency for the service price paid, excluding taxes, processing fees, or bank charges, which are non-refundable.

Turnaround time: Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method, subject to your bank or payment provider’s timelines.


How to Request a Refund

Submit a ticket from your Martical.com client area within 7 days of purchase/activation for Shared Hosting or Cloud Hosting.

Include your order number, service ID, reason for cancellation, and confirmation that any backups have been taken. Upon cancellation, data may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.


Service Cancellations

You may cancel services at any time from your client area. Cancellation outside the 7-day window will not qualify for a refund unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

For non-refundable services, cancellation will stop future billing at the end of the current billing term.


Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always apply as posted on Martical.com.
